The Locum period would be Monday May 5th until Friday July 4th.

Family Practice, Roster size roughly 1100 patients.

Requesting a 2 days a week coverage, full time 9AM-4PM. Does not matter if Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur.

Office located in the Ziter building 2462 Howard, suite 120.

Compensation will be discussed with interested Locums
